A single cask Mortlach 10 year old from the independent bottler Woodrow's of Edinburgh.
It was distilled in December 2013, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled in May 2024 at a cask strength of 59.5% ABV.
The nose combines dark chocolate and salted caramel with earthy truffle, walnut, vanilla, crème brûlée and saline undertones. The finish is spicy, with ginger, cloves and a lingering saltiness.
