Mortlach 26 Year Old is a cask strength single malt from the 2019 Special Release, bottled by Diageo in 2019 at 53.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Only 3,888 bottles were produced.
It was matured in first-fill Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso seasoned casks.
Ripe apricots and seasoned oak lead the nose. The palate offers dark chocolate and vanilla, and the finish brings subtle orange peel and salted caramel.
