Moscadello Vendemmia Tardiva DOC is a sweet white wine from Capanna, made from Moscato bianco grapes harvested late in the Val d'Elsa area. The clay-sandy soil and microclimate favour slow, complete ripening. It has an intense golden colour and an aromatic bouquet of exotic fruit, orange blossom, honey and a delicate sweet spice note. The palate is enveloping, with acidity balancing the natural sweetness and an elegant, pleasant persistence. It suits blue cheeses, almond-based desserts and dry pastries.
