Moscato grapes are harvested in the first half of September, then cold-settled before a seven-day fermentation. Ageing takes place in stainless steel before bottling. The wine is yellow-green in colour, with a floral and fruity bouquet typical of the grape. It is a sweet, soft, aromatic and elegant wine, well suited to traditional desserts and dry pastries.
