Moscato Rosa IGT - Kaltern (10.5%)

A pale pink rosé from Kaltern, made from Moscato Rosa. The nose is clear and fragrant, with rose petals, fresh red berries and light aromatic notes reminiscent of field flowers. On the palate it is graceful, with a fine texture and acidity that supports the flavours, ending in a pleasantly aromatic finish. Serve chilled, around 8-10 C, in not too wide glasses. It suits aperitifs, salads, seafood starters, fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes.
