Moscato Rosa IGT 'Merus' by Tiefenbrunner is a rosé with a recognisable, approachable aromatic profile. It is pale pink and clear in the glass. The nose offers floral notes and small red fruits, with faint mineral hints. The palate is light-bodied, fresh and pleasantly savoury, making it easy to drink. The finish is measured and invites another sip. It pairs with seafood starters, summer salads, vegetable dishes and light fruit or pastry desserts. Serve fresh, around 8-10°C.
