Mosesco Dolcetto d'Alba DOC - Prunotto

A Dolcetto d'Alba DOC from Prunotto, showing a lively ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose opens on fresh red fruit, cherry and plum, with more restrained almond notes and a floral hint. On the palate it is slender, with soft tannins and lively acidity that keeps the sip clean and pleasant. The finish is frank, with good fruity persistence and an equilibrium that favours freshness. It is a wine for immediate drinking, suited to everyday dishes such as cured meats, simple first courses and light white or red meat, as well as fresh cheeses and regional preparations. Serve at around 14-16 °C in a wide glass.
