This is a single malt from Inchgower Distillery on Scotland's Moray coast, bottled by Mossburn Distillers & Blenders in their Vintage Casks range. It was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2017 at 10 years old, at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. Maturation was in refill hogsheads.
The nose offers candied orange, baking spice, clove, fresh malt and a hint of sea air. On the palate are roasted nuts, allspice and black pepper, with a waxy, oily weight. The finish is spicy and coastal, with pepper, oak and sea salt.
