Mossburn Island Blended Malt

Mossburn Island Blended Malt is a blended malt whisky in the island style, with the smoke and spice that go with it. On the nose the smoke is not the usual medicinal wood smoke but a tempting mix of clove and potpourri. Oak is more noticeable on the palate, which opens with a touch of tannin and spice before softening into heathery dried fruit and pepper. The finish is long, ending with a small, dry, peppery kick.
