Mossburn Speyside 12 Year Old is a blended malt finished in casks from Calvados Dupont. It is the second release in Mossburn's Cask Collaboration series, following a first collaboration with Foursquare Rum Distillery.
It combines four Speyside whiskies first aged for 12 years in refill American oak hogsheads. They were then married and re-aged in French oak barrels that had held Calvados and Pommeau, sourced from Dupont in the Pays d'Auge in Normandy. It is bottled at 57.2% ABV.
