A Barbadian rum from Mount Gay, produced on a 280-acre estate in Saint Lucy parish. The classic Eclipse was first bottled in 1910 and named after the passing of Halley's comet by a total solar eclipse that same year. It is made using pot and column distilled rum, blended prior to ageing and matured in ex-bourbon wood.
