Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon - Hermon

Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from the Mount Hermon mountain region in Israel. It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown on calcareous-clay soils, with notable night-time temperature swings that give elegance and structure. The wine has an intense ruby red colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackcurrant and cherry, typical herbaceous nuances and a light spice note from ageing, often in oak barrels. On the palate it is enveloping, with a full body and a persistent finish. It suits red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
