A fresh, fragrant white wine from Tiefenbrunner. It is straw yellow with light greenish reflections. The nose has delicate notes of white flowers, green apple and a touch of citrus, with a light herbaceous nuance. The palate is slender and easy-drinking, with lively acidity and a clean finish that favours softness without heaviness. It works well as an aperitif and with seafood starters, salads, delicate fish dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve cold, around 8-10 C, in medium-sized glasses. It is best enjoyed young.
