Müller Thurgau from Terlano is an Alto Adige DOC white wine with a pale straw-yellow colour and green reflections. It offers delicate, linear aromas of field flowers, green apple and a hint of citrus, with a fresh, composed feel. On the palate it is light and easy to drink, with balanced acidity and a clean, savoury finish. It suits young, everyday drinking and pairs well with light seafood dishes, salads, vegetable antipasti and fresh cheeses. Serve cold, around 8–10 °C.
