Muller Thurgau IGT Sofì is a white wine from Franz Haas, produced in Trentino-Alto Adige.
It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows intense floral and fruity aromas, with white flowers such as jasmine and chamomile alongside peach and green apple, plus delicate mineral notes from the mountain terroir. On the palate it is lively and refreshing, with a balance of acidity and softness, a light but persistent structure and a fruity, floral, mineral finish.
It suits an aperitif or light dishes such as seafood salads, delicate vegetable starters and flavourful but not overly elaborate fish dishes.
