RSRV Cuvée 4.5 is a Brut Champagne from Mumm, part of the house's RSRV range. It is made mainly from Pinot Noir with a smaller share of Chardonnay, from vineyards classified Grand Cru. The colour is a delicate gold with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is elegant and deep, with ripe white fruit, a touch of citrus, yeast and brioche. The palate is imposing yet harmonious, with a creamy feel, marked minerality and a lively freshness that lengthens the finish. It suits oysters, raw fish and starters built on fine ingredients.
