This is a 9 year old Linkwood single malt from Speyside, bottled by Murray McDavid at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023, with an outturn of 1,032 bottles, natural colour and no chill filtration.
Murray McDavid finished the whisky in Port, Oloroso and PX casks, and the release was inspired by the changing of the seasons.
The nose brings red currants, fruit cake and cocoa. The palate has light malt, sweet fruit and oak spice, and the finish carries fresh apple, vanilla and chai latte.
