Muscadet Sur Lie Sèvre et Maine Coing - Vignobles Gunther Chereau

A white wine from the Loire Valley made exclusively from Melon de Bourgogne. It is aged on its lees, a practice that adds complexity and a creamy texture. The nose shows citrus, white-fleshed fruit and subtle mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and immediate, with a pleasant minerality reflecting the Sèvre et Maine terroir. It works well as an aperitif and with oysters, seafood and grilled fish.
