A Jamaican dark rum made from pure molasses and distilled in traditional stills.
It matures for several years in oak casks previously used for bourbon, giving an amber colour and a complex profile of molasses, dark chocolate and exotic spices.
The palate brings caramelised fruit, vanilla and a light smokiness, with a long, pleasantly sweet and spicy finish.
