Mystery Malt (Macallan) 16 Year Old 2009 Signatory Un-Chillfiltered (61.6%)

A 16 year old Speyside single malt from a Macallan cask, bottled by Signatory Vintage under the Secret Speyside label. It was distilled in 2009, matured in a single bourbon hogshead and bottled in January 2026 at 61.6%, giving 277 bottles. It is un-chillfiltered and has no added colour. The label is gold, with a nod to the whisky's screen appearances alongside a famous British spy. Bourbon cask maturation is said to let an elegant, fruit-forward character come through, with citrus, vanilla and orchard fruit over a malty core.
