Ace's High is a Colorado bourbon from Mystic Mountain Distillery in Larkspur, bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
The distillery was founded in 2005 and distils on a hand-built copper still. It describes this whiskey as youthful and bold, and named it after Black Jack Ketchum, an outlaw of the Colorado territory.
The palate is grain-forward and sweet, with light oak, vanilla and a peppery edge.
