Mythology Hell Bear American Whiskey

Hell Bear is an American whiskey from Mythology Distillery, blended from straight rye whiskey with bourbon aged for 4 years and bourbon aged for 5 years. It is described as opening with fruit and subtle botanicals, with berries early on. Rye spice comes through in the middle of the palate, along with plenty of cinnamon. The finish is smooth, with vanilla and caramel, sweet cereal grains and lasting vanilla woven with baking spices.
