Amahagan Sleepy Barmaid 3rd Release is a Nagahama world spirits blend of Awamori and oak-aged malt whiskies from around the world, in a 70cl bottle at 43%. It is the third bottle in the series, which takes its name from Sleepy Barmaid, a manga about three female bartenders. This release expresses the cheerful personality of Hiyoko Yonosaki.
Bottling was limited to 6,000 bottles, non-chill-filtered and free from artificial colouring. The attack is firm oak and vanilla from new oak barrels, while the soft sweetness of Awamori rises as a mellow aroma alongside the malt.
