Nagahama Distillery – Inazuma Synergy Of The Distilleries Extra Selected World Blended Malt (70cl, 47%)

Inazuma is a blended malt from Nagahama Distillery in Japan, bottled at 47% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It brings together unpeated malt distilled at Nagahama, peated malt distilled at Saburomaru Distillery and selected malt from overseas. The blend was composed so that each component complements and lifts the others, aiming for a savoury character. The nose is sweet and fruity, with honey, vanilla and green apple over a soft smokiness. The palate opens with mild sweetness before turning towards malt flavour and bitterness, and the finish stays bitter and complex.
