The Fifth Batch is the fifth single malt release from the Nagahama distillery in Shiga, Japan. It was distilled in 2020, bottled in 2024 at 50% ABV, and filled into 3000 bottles of 50cl.
The whisky was matured in ex-Islay quarter casks and Koval casks, then finished for 12 months in Oloroso sherry casks.
