Naguelann Ruz is a Breton single malt made from French malted barley and distilled in a traditional still.
It is matured entirely in red wine barriques from Saint-Émilion, which give it a natural amber-red colour. Each batch is produced in small quantities.
The palate is usually described as supple and slightly oily, with red fruit, ripe grapes and light tannins, then soft spice, caramel and vanilla. The finish is long.
