Nc'nean – Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A cask strength single malt from Nc'nean, the Scottish distillery on the Morvern Peninsula. It is made from 100% organic Scottish barley and bottled at natural strength, without dilution, chill filtration or added colour. The whisky is certified organic by the Soil Association, and the bottle is made from recycled glass. The nose brings ripe pear, apple and citrus. On the palate come vanilla, honey, toasted oak and warming spice, with dried fruit, caramel and a hint of floral character. The texture is full and oily, and the finish is long and powerful.
