Nc'Nean – Huntress Lemon Meadow Organic Single Malt (70cl)

Nc'Nean Huntress Lemon Meadow is an organic single malt and the fourth release in the Huntress series, a range devoted to experiments with fermentation. Here the distillery used a yeast strain normally associated with French sparkling wine, which is rarely found in Scotch whisky production. The yeast was first trialled in 2017, the distillery's first year of production, and led to this bottling. The whisky was matured in the distillery's house style casks. It is described as creamy in texture, with delicate floral notes alongside lemon sorbet, chamomile and buttery shortbread.
