Nc'nean – Huntress (Lemon Meadow) (70cl, 48.5%)

Huntress Lemon Meadow is an organic Highland single malt from Nc'nean, bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the distillery's first yeast trial, carried out in 2017, the year whisky-making began there. That experimental fermentation was matured in the distillery's signature cask style. The whisky is described as creamy and delicately floral.
