Nc'nean – Huntress Orchard Cobbler 2024 Organic Single Malt (70cl, 48.5%)

Nc'nean Huntress Orchard Cobbler is the third release in the experimental Huntress series, a certified organic single malt from 2024, bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is vegan friendly, gluten free, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, with 6,153 bottles in the release. The spirit is produced only once a year, in the week after the distillery switches between its two spirit recipes. Cut points change then and fruity compounds run unusually high, which gave the whisky its dessert name. Tasting notes mention Cherry Bakewell, apricot marmalade and vanilla custard, with a side of peppermint tea.
