Nc'nean – Huntress Orchard Cobbler Organic Single Malt Scotch (70cl, 48.5%)

Nc'nean Huntress Orchard Cobbler is an organic Scottish single malt, made with organic Scottish barley and pure water. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 48.5% ABV. This is a limited release that records a brief moment in an experimental distillation, when shifting cut points produced an unusually fruit-forward spirit. The notes run to cherry bakewell, apricot marmalade and vanilla custard, with a light lift of peppermint tea. It can be taken neat or with a little water.
