Nc'nean Organic Cask Strength is a single malt made from organic Scottish barley, bottled at 59% in a 70cl bottle. This is batch CS/MN21.
The richness of the soil and the barley's lower yields add depth of flavour, while gentle fermentation and distillation bring the delicate fruity notes forward.
The whisky is matured in red wine barrels and American whiskey barrels, with a touch of sherry casks, which give the body and sweetness Nc'nean is known for.
