Nc'nean Organic Cask Strength is a single malt made from organic Scottish barley and bottled at 59% in a 70cl bottle. This is batch MN21, bottled unfiltered.
The whisky matured in a mix of casks: STR-treated red wine casks make up 55%, ex-bourbon casks 43% and oloroso sherry casks the remaining 2%.
It is described as fresh, complex and full, with notes of spiced rye bread, juicy peaches and bright citrus fruit.
