Nc'nean Organic Huntress Lemon Meadow is an organic, unpeated single malt from Scotland, in a 70cl bottle. It is made with a yeast associated with French sparkling-wine production, and it is bottled without chill filtration or added colour. The nose offers green apple, lemon peel, shortbread and a light toffee note. On the palate, lemon sorbet and chamomile meet buttery shortbread and brioche, leading to a fresh, floral finish.
