An organic single malt Scotch whisky from Nc'Nean, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is made from fully organic ingredients, with sustainability at the centre of how it is produced.
It is matured in a combination of wine casks and bourbon casks, and bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The nose is of light fruit and fresh citrus. On the palate come peach, apricot and a touch of white pepper, and the whisky comes across as older than it is.
