Nc'Nean – Organic Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Nc'nean Organic Single Malt is a Highland single malt made from organic Scottish barley, in a 70cl bottle. A gentle fermentation and distillation are used to bring out the delicate, fruity character of the spirit. The whisky matured in specially treated red wine barrels and American whiskey barrels, together with a small amount of Sherry casks. It is certified organic, comes from a distillery verified as net zero for scopes 1 and 2, and is bottled in 100% recycled glass. It is described as smooth and easy-going, with flavours of citrus, peach, apricot and spice.
