Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt is a Scottish single malt from the Nc'Nean distillery, founded in 2017 to make organic spirits. It is described as the first organic whisky from Scotland, and is bottled at 46% ABV.
It is matured 65% in red wine casks and 35% in ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is of soft cereals, peach and apple, with honeyed and floral notes. The palate is supple, round and fruity, with vanilla and a light spicy attack.
