Nc'nean Quiet Rebels 2023 Gordon is an organic single malt bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle. Quiet Rebels is a series that celebrates the people behind the distillery, and this edition is chosen by distillery manager Gordon, who moved to Morvern in 2017 to lead whisky production there.
It combines former red wine, sherry and Rivesaltes casks, Gordon's favourite mix. Like all Nc'nean whiskies it is certified organic, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky is described as velvety, rich and creamy, with crème brûlée, spiced plum jam and candied orange peel.
