Nc'nean – 'Quiet Rebels Simon' Organic Single Malt Scotch

This is Nc'nean 'Quiet Rebels Simon', an organic single malt Scotch whisky from the Western Highlands. Nc'nean is an independent distillery at Drimnin on the Morven peninsula, looking across to the Isle of Mull, and it has been working since 2017. The distillery runs on 100% renewable energy and uses organic Scottish barley from two certified farms nearby. Milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling and maturing all happen on site, using two different mashes. The bottles are made from 100% recycled glass.
