Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2023 - Cavallotto

A young Langhe Nebbiolo from Cavallotto, presented with a fragrant and linear profile that highlights the grape without heaviness. Small red fruits, dried flowers, light spice and a herbaceous note appear on the nose. The palate is clear, with lively acidity, fine tannins, medium body and good tension, leading to a persistent finish. It suits salumi, pasta with mushrooms or light meat sauces, medium-aged cheeses, white meats and flavourful vegetables. Serve at around 16-18 C, with a short decant if a softer entry is preferred.
