A 2024 Nebbiolo from Franco Boasso, from the Langhe. It is a clear ruby with faint garnet reflections, with aromas of cherry, raspberry and rose petals, plus sweet spice and a light earthy note. The palate is vertical, with fresh acidity and lively but well-defined tannins, giving nerve without weight. It is sapid and smooth, with clear fruity returns and a finish balanced between freshness and a slight bitterness typical of the grape. It suits everyday meals, especially mushroom pasta, delicate risottos, white meats and semi-aged cheeses.
