Nebbiolo Langhe DOC Perbacco Vietti

A red wine from Vietti, made from Nebbiolo grapes from different parcels, each vinified separately. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 3-4 weeks in temperature-controlled steel containers, then the wines rest in barrique and large casks to complete malolactic fermentation. Selected wines are blended in steel to create Perbacco. It shows an intense ruby red colour with garnet hues. The aroma has fruity notes, menthol accents, oriental spices, red rose and black tea. On the palate it has fine tannin and a delicate sip, with an elegant, persistent finish.
