Nectarosity is a whisky matured in two kinds of oak: first-fill bourbon casks and custom virgin American oak casks.
Virgin casks are new oak that has not held another spirit, while first-fill casks have previously held bourbon only once. Together they give the whisky its character, with the oak imparting a sweetness that leads the style.
