NED Australian Whisky

NED Australian Whisky is made from Australian grain, mashed and fermented with a process that combines single malt production with sour mash techniques. It is aged in American oak in Melbourne, where temperature swings through the seasons move the whisky slowly in and out of the wood. The flavour is described as sweet oak, spicy grain, dried fruit, mocha, vanilla and dry coconut, adding up to a clean, smooth and powerful whisky.
