This is an Australian whisky from the NED Barrel House, and the latest release in its Wanted Series.
Daring is a blend of four barrels, put together by NED's Master and Head Distillers. Two of the barrels come from NED's Heritage 200-litre collection, and two from a special stock of 500-litre European oak. Each barrel was matured separately before the four were blended.
