Starward – Solera Australian Single Malt Whisky

Starward Solera is an Australian single malt whisky, twice distilled from Australian malted barley that is fermented with brewers' yeast. It is matured entirely in Apera casks, an Australian fortified wine similar to sherry. The solera method of blending means a little of the original cask goes into every bottle. Jammy fruits, creme brulee and spice lead the palate, followed by a lingering dry finish.
