Starward – Stout Cask

Starward Stout Cask is an Australian single malt whisky matured in imperial stout barrels from a brewery in a Melbourne neighbourhood. The barrels bring craft brewing and craft distilling together in one bottle, and the whisky is a deep gold in colour. The nose offers tropical fruit, vanilla and chocolate-covered cookies. On the palate come banana ice cream, ripe plum and cacao, followed by a malty chocolate finish.
