A red wine from Solarte, made from Negroamaro in the Salento IGT. It shows an intense ruby colour with moderate tannin and acidity that keeps the sip flowing. The nose offers ripe red fruit, light sweet spice and a herbaceous hint. On the palate it has moderate structure, with a pleasant finish carrying notes of dried fruit and almond. It suits grilled meats, meat sauces, semi-hard cheeses, mushroom dishes and cured meats, and is best served at around 16-18 °C in a wide glass.
