A Martinican rhum agricole from Neisson, produced exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice. It is aged for 21 years in oak barrels.
The profile is rich and enveloping, with deep notes of vanilla, sweet tobacco, spicy wood and light dried fruit. Its strength is powerful yet balanced, with a refined equilibrium between softness and structure.
On the palate it reveals cacao, sweet spices and a mineral touch that gives longevity. It is best enjoyed slowly, neat or with a little water, and pairs with a quality cigar or intense dark chocolate.
