An agricole rum from Neisson, made exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice under a strict organic specification. Aged in wood casks, it develops complexity and harmony while highlighting mineral and vegetal notes typical of the Profil 107 yeast strain. The nose shows tropical fruit, aromatic herbs and sweet spices; the palate is full and enveloping, with vanilla, nutmeg and a light smoky touch, finishing with fine persistence.
